GETTING HELP WITH PROBLEMS
If you are having trouble reaching your worker and/or you have a question about your case that you cannot get answered, you should take the following steps:

  1. Call and talk to your worker
  2. Ask to talk to your worker’s supervisor or their manager
  3. Contact the Customer Relations Specialist assigned to the Neighborhood Family Service Center where you receive your benefits.

Each of the county’s seven neighborhood family service centers has a customer relations specialist who can answer your questions and help resolve your problems fast. The customer relations specialist can connect you with your worker and help you navigate the system. A list of customer relations specialists, and the NFSC where they are assigned, is given below.
