Healthy Start
Free health insurance for children of low and moderate-income working families, their parents and pregnant women.

A state and federally-funded health care coverage plan providing health care coverage to certain low-income and medically vulnerable people of all ages.

Medicare Premium Assistance
Helps people of limited income that are eligible for Medicare pay their Medicare premiums, deductibles and co-insurance.

The Medicaid Benefits Division helps elderly applicants, or caregivers, determine Medicaid eligibility for Nursing Home placement, PASSPORT, and/or PACE (Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly).
